What is the Security Guarantee?
In the very unlikely case that the character(s) you bought would be taken back by the original owner within 12 months of your purchase, we will replace them with any character(s) of similar value* from our current inventory, as soon as our Security Team has investigated the issue (which takes a few days).
In addition, the following tips should protect you from any issue with your account :
- Never use any botting, automation or hacking program with your account.
- Never buy currencies or items directly on an account bought at Accounts. If you want to purchase currencies or items safely, you should get the delivery made on your own original account and then transfer the items to your new character. Whenever you are trading currency between characters, make sure to exchange items for currency. Giving currency without anything in return (especially large amounts), can raise attention. Another option is to transfer gold between characters through a guildbank.
- Never buy any kind of powerleveling on accounts bought at Accounts. Basically, never share your account information with 3rd party companies offering WoW services.
- Beware of phishing websites and remember that game publishers will never ask you for your password or SQA!
Which accounts are guaranteed?
All accounts sold by Accounts are guaranteed. However, on the Accounts site you find two different categories of WoW characters, all transferable to the server of your choice. There are some differences between the two categories:
A) WoW characters marked as "Requires Transfer to a New Account"
Those characters must be transferred to a new account that you will create with us via the live chat. For those characters we will provide you with new CD keys to create your own WoW account. On your side, you will be able to pick your own login/password, secret question answer and email address, where the character will be transferred.
With this option, $99 fees are mandatory, but you get the following additional benefits:
